These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

I accept your order minimal 5 days before delivery for Cream Cakes and Cream Cakes With Fruit. And 7 days for Cookies and Occasions Box. Christmas Cookies is special section - orders only till 5.12. and delivered only between 19.12. - 23.12. (including these days) in a given year of your order.
When your order has been accepted we sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Miemaela cake. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

Colors cakes can be different because you can have different to set your monitor.
Products made in the kitchens of Miemaela cake are made by hand and accordingly there may be minor variations in appearance.

We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Your order must include date of delivery. We start work on order after stating the date which must be at least 5 days prior to your orders.

We deliver Monday to Saturday between 9:30am - 12:30pm
Sunday: Closed (no delivery and no pick-up on these days)

You must indicate on the order form your preferred option. We reserve the right to contact the customer to agree to amend the time if necessary.
Please make sure someone will be at the delivery address to sign for the goods upon delivery.
Pick up on adress is possible betwen 9:30- 17:30 after contact and agreement with customer or if you choose this option in the order.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order.
It is important that this address is accurate.

Cakes should be stored in a cool dark place and on a flat stable surface.

Please note pictures are for general illustration only and the product may vary from that shown.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
